Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Remitto. By creating an account or connecting a carrier, you agree to them. They are a working draft pending legal review.
The service
Remitto audits your connected carrier accounts for billing errors and late deliveries and, where you approve, files recovery claims in your name and tracks them to resolution.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the carrier credentials you connect and for the actions taken by users in your organization. You must have authority to connect the accounts you add.
Fees
Plans combine a monthly base fee (where applicable) with a success fee charged only on amounts actually recovered. Fees, tiers, and success-fee percentages are set out on the pricing page.
Authorization to act
By approving an opportunity you authorize Remitto to submit the corresponding claim to the carrier on your behalf, including the supporting evidence package.
Acceptable use
You may not use Remitto to submit claims you know to be invalid, to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or in violation of carrier terms or applicable law.
Liability & changes
Service is provided on the terms in the final agreement. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Term & termination
These terms apply for as long as you use Remitto. Either party may terminate as set out in the final agreement; on termination we stop processing and delete or return your data in line with the Data Processing Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the competent Danish courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Final governing-law and venue language is subject to legal review.
